Oh yes definitely! What model/age is it?
Model is 332. Not quite sure about the age, but it's form my grandmother and was actually purchased in Germany itself when my mother was real young. Probably the 60s. 
It was stuck in a zig-zag mode, and while I got in back in working condition, it only sews straight stitches. Despite my efforts with lubricants, there were a few screws that just wouldn't budge for anything.

When they're not used for a long time, oil dries up and pretty much becomes enamel. I use hollow-ground gunsmiths screwdrivers when rebuilding machines because they don't jump out of slotted screws and I can really put effort into twisting.
